sometimes life is funny.
i am glad i can find amusement in such things...

five years ago, i would never have guessed i would end up here.
it's a good thing... but not as planned.

i do miss the friends i have made on here, and i hope to reconnect with you
somehow. this is my start.

over the last year, so much has changed with me:

career - im in paramedic school and will be done at the end of the year (i work now as and EMT with an ambulance company and the ER as a ER tech)

love - whirlwind engagement - marriage this halloween!

living - moving to a new house - address below

pets - just got a yorkie, her name is lulu and is my little princess!

family - my parents got a condo in florida. they are getting their house ready to sell over the next year.they are so happy, which makes me happy!

friends - all moved away to diff states. im happy for them, but my heart is sad.

future - looking at eventually moving to oregon, north carolina, or san diego. (will be applying to physician's assistant programs over the next year or two)

art - hoping to start painting again, and looking to start taking medium format photos.

music - so much great stuff out there! going to see flight of the conchords in chicago
april 29th, and the decemberists in st. louis may 31st. maybe bonnaroo too!

movies - the watchmen, slum dog millionaire, zack and miri make a porno were some of my favs over the last six months.

so that is kinda in a nutshell what has been going on with me.
